The Citigroup v Terra Firma court case has finally ended! Citigroup has won against Terra Firma. It was alleged that David Wormsley of Citigroup mislead Terra Firma into buying EMI. But now it is all over and the fraud was rejected. As Terra Firma cannot now pay the loan back to Citigroup it is likely that EMI will go to Citigroup as they gave Guy Hands 2.6 million for the company.
