Capital FM radio stations

Capital FM is taking over all the radio stations that are owned by Global Radio. Galaxy radio is to be scrapped and replaced by Capital FM along with Red Dragon, Trent, RAM, and Leicester Sound. Capital FM is known as 'The UKs number 1 Hit Music Station. From early 2011 Capital will take over all around the country with their new radio stations to be known as Capital London, Capital Scotland, Capital Yorkshire, Capital Manchester and many more. Each of the 9 stations will have its own locally produced breakfast and drive time shows which it is now believed that they will be in direct competition with the BBC Radio 1 breakfast show with Chris Moyles.
